Event Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to limited seating, we request that if you need to cancel your registration to an event, you do so, at least 72 hours before the event date. This gives us the opportunity to fill the seat that your registration held and offer you a full refund.

 

Cancellations made between 48-71 hours before the day/start time of an event may be either transferred to another guest of your choosing or applied towards a future event.  If the registration cost for the future event that you are transferring to costs more than the event that you're cancelling, then you are required to pay the difference in registration costs. The credit must be used within 1 calendar year of the original registration purchase date.   

 

Cancellations requests made within 47 hours of the day and start time of an event will receive neither a refund nor a future event transfer option. You will, however, be permitted to transfer your registration to a guest of your choosing.
